"A cozy little studio at 5 min walking to tram2 heading to the airport, in a historical building well kept. Any restaurant, bus stop or supermarket at 5 min walking distance, la Prom at 15 min. The studio is a little gem, Olivier, the owner,thought about everything, it's one of the few b&b in France with bed and a comfy mattress; you have a rack for drying clothes, coffee machines, microwave, a very effective ceramic cooktop, a spacious fridge, cutlery, etc. The bathroom is incredibly spacious given the overall living space. But the biggest asset of the property is the human factor-both the owner, Olivier, and his PA, John, are pros of hospitality, two kind and caring persons; even far from Nice, Olivier kept us posted about everything, welcoming us as if he was there. I consider this aspect as the most important thing-a good human communication is better than a palace."

"Not related to the studio-the heatwave and the humidity during our stay...hard to sleep even with a fan or a AC on now and then, given the fact you can't open the window because the street is quite noisy at night. And the elevator...painfully slow and claustrophobic."

"Location was so convenient to visit everything, so near the port, 10 min walk to Old city. Every bus to visit other city was very reachable by walk. On house, you have everything that might be needed during the stay. The bed was so comfortable."

"The Host, Olivier, has been the more kind person known via Booking. The flat is in a really central position closer to Place Garibaldi full of Bars, Clubs and Nightlife. Closer to Port of Nice perfect to take boat and visit St.Tropez and Cannes! Great!"
